It may be used ONLY after the 30-day window for filing assessment complaints for property in a specific township has ended, and ONLY after an assessment complaint been filed.

This portal CANNOT be used for the initial filing of assessment complaints; assessment complaints must be filed on paper via United States Mail, private courier, or in person at the Board of Review office in Geneva.

The portal will remain open for evidence submission for 14 days after the final filing deadline; evidence submitted either before the filing period begins or more than 14 days after the filing period ends will not be considered by the Board of Review.​
